Barb obtained her Master of Social Work (MSW) degree from The Ohio State University in 2002, where she was nominated for Social Worker of the Year. She is a supervising independently licensed social worker (LISW-S) in the State of Ohio. Barb served as a contributing researcher for the DSM-V diagnostic manual for mental health disorders. In 2008, Barb launched Affinity HealthWorks and she currrently serves as Executive Director. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family, foreign & domestic travel, homestead-level gardening, and sketching. Barb also holds a private pilots license...and is ever looking skyward.
Jean Ollis

Jean is a Licensed Independent Social Worker - Supervisor (LISW-S) in the State of Ohio. She has worked with all ages and populations but specializes in treating adolescents and young adults, grief and bereavement, coping with serious illness, life transition and mid-life crisis, and relationship issues. Jean completed her Doctoral Program with George Fox University in Leadership and Global Perspectives – studying leadership in cultural contexts around the world. In her free time, Jean enjoys spending time with family and friends, travel/experiencing new places and cultures, hiking, fishing, reading, and art (viewing). Jean is an active member of her community including working with her church ministries and serving on school and church committees.

Michelle obtained her Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from The Ohio State University in 1997. She has worked with adults ranging from the young to the elderly. She has many years of experience in working with clients who suffer from grief and loss, coping with health problems and serious illness, caregiving stress, and managing anxiety and depression. Michelle enjoys spending time with her family and friends, flower gardening, baking, photography, and cheering for her favorite sports teams.

In her spare time, she enjoys taking the dogs for a walk with her husband, reading, and spending time with friends and family.

She has provided individual, group, and family counseling for adults in many settings and has specialized training and experience in Art Therapy, Appalachian Culture, Clinical and Training Supervision, and Partial Hospitalization/Intensive Outpatient Programming. She looks forward to helping others share their personal concerns in a safe, judgment-free, and confidential space via Telehealth.

Deb works with addictions, chemical dependency, and woman’s issues. Her background includes extensive experience in working with populations of corrections facilities. She is trained in Divorce & General Mediation. Deb also writes and facilitates educational seminars for the public on a variety of topics.

Greg has experience in working with both mental health and addiction issues. He is licensed as a clinical counselor with a supervisor designation (LPCC-S) in the State of Ohio. He is also a licensed independent Chemical Dependency Counselor (LICDC). Greg is certified in Farm Stress and he holds STAR Military certification. His scope of practice also includes work with autism spectrum disorders. Greg provides training and clinical supervision. He treats male issues and life changing events for men, trauma informed care, stress and anxiety management, and sports performance therapy. Greg uses cognitive therapy.

Brandon earned his MSW from University of Toledo in 2021. He has worked with a wide range of clients in both community mental health and residential substance use treatment. He is accepting new clients in the Bucyrus location and via telehealth and offers weekend appointments. Brandon recognizes that everyone has a story. He helps clients to address anxiety, depression, and addictions by designing a new life story that is built on their own unique strengths. Brandon's goal is to assist clients in achieving a more balanced and personally meaningful life. In his spare time, he enjoys nature hikes, listening to a variety of music, and spending time with family, friends, pets, and the Twelve Step Community.
Maddie Zimmerman is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), utilizing a variety of modalities and therapeutic interventions to help every client reach their goals. Maddie has a passion for helping others on their journey of healing, finding themselves, and navigating the ups and downs of life. Her scope of practice includes working with individuals who struggle with depression, anxiety, ADHD, trauma, eating disorders, addiction, behavioral concerns, and grief. In her free time, Maddie enjoys riding her horse, walking her dogs, and spending time with friends and family. Maddie is currently accepting new clients at the Bucyrus location and through telehealth.

Nicole obtained her LSW from mount vernon Nazarene university in 2015. Nicole has mainly worked with adults with co-occurring disorders of mental health and substance abuse disorders. Nicole uses a combination of CBT and DBT therapeutic interventions. In Nicole’s spare time she enjoys reading, attending live music concerts, spending time with family and friends and playing her musical instruments of keyboard and guitar. Nicole is accepting clients for telehealth sessions in the evening at this time.

Micah serves as the intake specialist and Assistant Office Manager. He is also licensed as a Chemical Dependency Counselors Assistant (CDCA) with a goal to help teens who are struggling with addiction issues. In his spare time, Micah enjoys spending time with his girlfriend and their pet ferrets. He also enjoys fishing and sports of all kinds.
